
Sunday Serenity
Sunday Serenity will begin with 30 minutes of breath work with Mike, where you will learn about the power of the breath as we work through some breathing techniques which can help you to relax, reduce stress and anxiety and even improve your performance (e.g. in sport and exercise) and posture.
We will then transition into a 90 minute tranquil yin session with Siobhan, where you will have the opportunity to put into practice the power of your breath to find ultimate relaxation on a Sunday afternoon!
